Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska Fall After Strong Showing By Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U

Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska had trouble keeping up with Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U in a
15-3 loss on Saturday.
Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after J.J. Green
singled to center field, Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U scored on a wild pitch, and Evan
Schnittker walked, each scoring one run.
Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U scored six runs on one hit in the bottom of the second inning.
Jake Seekins singled, scoring two runs, an error scored two runs, Jonah McKay induced Eli
Judy to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored, and Bruce Crabtree drew a walk, scoring
one run.
Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U scored five runs on two hits in the bottom of the third inning. Brox
Barr singled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, Michael Solomon drew a walk, scoring
one run, and Crabtree grounded out, scoring one run.
Oscar Lu opened the game for Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska. The pitcher allowed three hits and
three runs over one inning, striking out two and walking two. Seekins stepped on the mound first
for Sandusky Bay Scrappers 14U. The hurler surrendered zero hits and one run (zero earned)

Hits Aplenty In Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska Victory Over STING Nichol 14U

Bats were blistered as Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska outshone STING Nichol 14U 17-11 on
Saturday. Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska collected six hits, while STING Nichol 14U had two.
Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska got on the board in the top of the first inning after Nick Hartwig
drew a walk, scoring one run, Matt Pint singled, scoring three runs, Noah Motter drew a walk,
scoring one run, and Ben Malaska drew a walk, scoring one run.
Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska added one run in the second. STING Nichol 14U committed an
error, making the score 7-0.
STING Nichol 14U scored five runs on zero hits in the bottom of the second inning. Ryan Nichol
was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, a passed ball scored one run, Cole Stone laid down a
sacrifice bunt, scoring one run, an error scored one run, and an error scored one run.
Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Teo
Schiraldi walked, Jacob Mussler walked, STING Nichol 14U committed an error, and Thomas
Tsudis doubled down the right field line, each scoring one run.
Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska scored six runs on two hits in the top of the fourth inning. Jonah
McKay drew a walk, scoring one run, Keaton Gomon drew a walk, scoring one run, Schiraldi
singled, scoring one run, Mussler grounded out, scoring one run, and Hartwig singled, scoring

Pint led things off on the hill for Ohio Glaciers 14U – Malaska. The starting pitcher gave up zero
